How can I contact Driven?

How can I reserve a car?
You can book a vehicle online or by telephone from anywhere in the world. You will need to submit details of dates and duration in addition to make and model.

Do I need my driver's licence when I pick up the car?
Yes. Please carry your valid original driving license for the relevant type of vehicle, whether Indian or International with you at the time of vehicle pick up. The licence should have been issued at leat three years before date of booking.

How old do I need to be to rent?
You need to be of the legal age of 21 years or over

Can I reduce/remove the Excess?
Yes. Generally your rate will include Vehicle Damage Cover and Vehicle Theft Cover. This covers for the cost of repairs or replacement for any damage to or theft of the Driven vehicle. However, you cannot eliminate the excess completely.

How can I pay for my rental?
You can pay for your rental using a Credit Card (Visa, Master, American Express), Debit card in your name or on line transfers/payment gateways.

Do you block any amount from my Credit Card?
Yes. In case of Self Drive cars we block an amount as specified for a particular make and model of car- from your credit card. This amount will be unblocked once the car is returned and billing completed.

Can I drop the car off at another location?
One way rentals are possible, however please bear in mind that an additional One way fee may be payable.
